

Rental Requirements

Fees:
Applications are online only upon submitting an inquiry.
All persons over the age of 18+ will need to apply.
Application fees are $50 per person and are not subject to refunds.
If applicable, Pet Rent (ESA exempt) is $50 per pet
A one-time Acceptance Fee of $300. (Non-refundable)
Utility billing (gas, electric, and/or water) are billed at either a flat rate per property per month or billed according to usage per month.
Security Deposits are equivalent to one month's worth of rent.
Renters insurance is required -- $100,000 liability minimum at $14.50 per month unless supplied/updated by the resident.
Assigned parking fees/Garage fees/Storage fees are at fixed rates per property.
Upon application approval, a $150 admin fee is assessed that is due on the day of move-in.
Application Turnaround Time: 2-3 business days (excluding major holidays) depending on how quickly we receive your information.
Lease Length: 12 months
